RTP in eVC

Hi People. I need to implement some Real Time Application for my final thesis (Videoconference over PDA). I've been a couple of weeks looking for RTP libraries that i could use for Windows CE. Is it possible to use RTP on pocket PC's? Does anyone have any idea about where can I find the needed files? Thanks in advance, Javi Giménez:confused:
