There's a GitHub link and the project was previously published here. But like you say, it provides no code overview, so I flagged it as unclear/incomplete. It shouldn't be allowed in, and the previous version (if any) should be purged. There were three similar ones yesterday, all from another account. I don't know how they can expect anyone to be interested in a project that provides no overview.
