And? What have you tried? Where are you stuck? What help do you need?

No, what you need is the services of a consultant to analyse your business requirements. This question is impossible to answer in a technical forum.

So what you are actually saying is "I've done nothing, and I'm not going to. Do it for me and ... well, you'll get nothing, but I'll gain." Is that about right?

Well it would be if you had a technical question. But all you have is a vague idea that you want to trade in steel. And that is a business question which, as I already explained, requires a business consultant.

No, we can't: this is not a "coder for hire" site. If you want someone to write your code, you have to pay - I suggest you go to Freelancer.com and ask there. But be aware: you get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Steel is commonly bought and sold by the pound. Current price here in the USA is about $65.75 cwt for "structural steel" I-beams, Box-beams, Angle, Flat, Rolled, Formed, etc. Where I used to work, they would buy structual steel by the flat load. Here is a link to Nucor (Charlotte, North Carolina) Nucor Here is a link to Greiner Industries, Inc. (in Pennsylvania) Greiner Industries Here is a link to Anchor Fabrication (in Fort Worth, TX) Anchor Fabrication Look at their web pages and get some ideas. Ask them each, and others, if they sell where you want to sell. Then, Get an app that sells beans or whatever else and change it to sell steel. Get some local geek head kid to write you an app and PAY them for it. Structural steel is generally a local purchase because it is so very heavy and it costs a lot to transport it far. Most structural steel fabricator companies' project managers that I knew received a daily or weekly list of steel prices and ordered from that. An app could be that simple: Price today / with maybe a link to a web site with delivery prices to select geographical areas. And, why did not anyone else tell him a straight answer? Sometimes you get people that know nothing about what they are trying to do and they go to some site that "seems" to have lots of experts on whatever and they innocently ask a baby question. You guys: do not be so mean. He asked for guidance, not some big long discussion, etc., and berating him as a spammer before he proved to be one. Let's see if any of you can actually "guide" him.

To build a steel selling app and web for selling many types of raw steel in India, you will need to consider the following:

Features: What features do you want your app and web to have? Some common features for a steel selling app include:
Product catalog: A searchable catalog of all of the steel products that you sell.
Pricing: Real-time pricing for all of your steel products.
Ordering: The ability for customers to place orders for steel products through the app or web.
Payment processing: The ability for customers to pay for their orders through the app or web.
Shipping and tracking: The ability for customers to track the status of their orders.
Customer support: A way for customers to contact you for support.
Target audience: Who is your target audience for the app and web? Are you targeting individual consumers, businesses, or both?
Technology: What technology stack will you use to build the app and web? You will need to choose a programming language, web framework, and database.
Development team: Do you have the in-house expertise to build the app and web yourself? If not, you will need to hire a development team.
Once you have considered all of these factors, you can start to develop your app and web. Here are some additional tips:

Make it easy to use. The app and web should be easy to navigate and use. Customers should be able to find the products they want quickly and easily, and they should be able to place orders and pay for them easily as well.
Use high-quality images and videos. High-quality images and videos of your steel products will help customers to visualize what they are buying.
Provide detailed product descriptions. The product descriptions should be detailed and informative. They should include information such as the type of steel, the grade, the dimensions, and the weight.
Offer competitive prices. You need to offer competitive prices for your steel products in order to attract customers.
Provide excellent customer service. Excellent customer service is essential for any business, but it is especially important for a business that sells steel products. Customers need to be able to rely on you to provide them with the products they need on time and at a good price.
