Windows included a lot of tools for the disabled; including high-contrast colorschemes that most companies ignored. It was easy enough to use predefined colors. Many applications didn't. In a similar way, blind people could buy traintickets without problems until they decided to upgrade all to a touch screen. I dislike modern IT.
