      So now the US government can go after bug reporters by claiming that they attempted to break in to the DoD's systems for money?

        the catch. Pentagon rewards are taxed at 100%. I'm told there are no bugs, only Security oversight features initially built in so hackers can provide full transparency.

            max 5,000$ for 7 days, or pre existing exploits that anyone might know. That is very low ball, and wont will only be attracting things people might be able to get the $500 for. well cheaper then spending 500,000$ for a months worth for pen test company. In the same week that the Undeclared War on BBC started, If I was terrified of cyber war before, I don't know what the next level of fear is.
