That module is to be available for the next release and shouldn't have been visible to V2.0.8. Obviously we messed up a little. We will get it fixed shortly.

Unfortuantely, I saw it available and prior to attemping to install it, I had uninstalled ALPR 1.0 module and now it is missing from the Install Modules tab, the only one listed is ALPR 2.1 and I can't figure out how to go back to 1.0 :-<
