PankajHere[^] is the binary download for Perl on WinNT. I don't know whether it will work on Win2KPro, but you might try it out. You can also download the source files from the same site - perhaps you can tweak it to run with IIS5.

PankajHave a look at ActiveStates[^] ActivePerl[^], which supports ISAPI, Perl in WSH and more.
