      that article is click bait. Seriously, when was the last time you, as a developer or an IT guy - whatever the elephant that means - was asked about project management? True story - after an overly long and difficult development project management decided it would be useful to have a project review - what went wrong, what went right, and how do we do better? #1 issue - asking for estimates and a schedule before requirements. Heads nodded. Next project - same issue, except this time the entire department got dinged for not meeting the mythical schedule. It's probably a good thing the company is generous with vacation. Articles like this should go in the writer's list of things not to write.
