My use case for CodeProject.AI is integration with Blue Iris. I was running 1.6x a few days ago and decided to upgrade to the latest, which was 2.1.6-Beta. After upgrading I found that CPU usage was stupid high, so what did I do? I upgraded even further to 2.1.8-Beta. To try and identify the source of the CPU usage, I took a look at the calls that CodeProject.AI was making. Over a period of 16 seconds, there are over 150,000 calls to the portrait filter queue API. Is this a bug in the recent betas that has gone unnoticed? Or is my system jacked? When upgrading from 1.6x to 2.1.x, I did remove the old version completely first, then installed the new version. In case anyone asks, this CPU usage is unrelated to Blue Iris - I completely shutdown that service and the CPU usage continued. System - Intel NUC 10 OS: Windows 10 CPU: Intel i7-10710U, 6 core Memory: 6GB Disk: 100GB SSD (os), 7TB NAS (storage)

I suspect this would be better off posted in the dedicated forum: CodeProject.AI Discussions[^] This forum is for problems and ideas about the site itself.

Well, it doesn't look like I can move it since it was replied to, so I guess we'll just let this one die. Thanks again @OriginalGriff

I'll delete the thread for you since you posted it in the AI forum.
