    Hello everyone,

I am currently working on migrating applications and data to a Hybrid Cloud(https://www.lenovo.com/jp/ja/servers-storage/hybridcloud/) model, and I am facing some challenges. I would like to hear from others who have gone through this process and learn from their experiences.

Specifically, I am interested in hearing about the challenges you faced when migrating to a hybrid cloud model and how you overcame them. Some of the challenges I am facing include:
Decentralized, incomplete, and untrusted data required to migrate

Migrating mission-critical applications to the cloud

Identifying the right cloud service provider

    Lack of migration plan

Rewriting application architecture for the cloud

Investing in people and tools needed to migrate successfully

Training users on the new systems

Performance issues including latency, interoperability, dependencies on non-cloud apps, and downtime

    Bandwidth costs

I would appreciate any suggestions, tips, or best practices that you may have to offer.

Thank you in advance for your help!
