The modification history of the question shows the last update to be the day it was posted - I would suspect that it's not him but spammers posting "solutions" which don't get through. Each time a new solution is added and then thrown away, it is marked as a mod by the system and that brings it up the queue. @Sean-Ewington can you reverse the spam / troll kicks on this one please?
