I was walking my dog down the street earlier this month here in south east Minnesota USA when the Google Street view camera car drove by. We're in a drought hence the dried out lawns. Best wishes to all - Craig

Awesome, we just adopted a dog, it's been about a year and half since our last one passed. I am actually enjoying walking again!

I just find the "anonymization" is a full crap, I can recognise a lot of people on the street views in my youth home town. A bit brown, but looks like a nice place.

Looks a fair bit like Dallas in the summertime!

Here in upstate NY, outside Albany NY proper, everyone's yard is brown come mid-August. Been getting an abnormal amount of rain for these parts in July this year (most lawns are super green now) and not sure how that will affect lawns in August, this season. Cheers and thanks for sharing.

It is unusual for our area to be this dry in June and July. We'll often have a brown-up in August. We have also had quite a few days with haze and smoke due to Canadian fires -- looks like New York is getting that as well. Best wishes - CR
