      I really wish that they would make it clear from the very beginning: A tool for Linux software development. It takes to much reading to realize that this is not for me, as a Windows developer. I didn't see it pointed out in the linked article at all. I had to read the product page (linked from the article) quite closely to deduce from references to other tools and directory strings that this is Linuxware.

        But the real question is, did they use it analyze their own tool? ;P
