Does article rating graph not work properly?

I've tried this on two platforms (Linux & Windows) and two browsers on each platform (Brave & FireFox) but I don't see anything when I float over the article ratings. It just looks blank, no bar graph shown. See this snapshot[^]. Is this a known issue? I've seen it for at least 2 or 3 weeks now. Just curious.

Yes - a known issue that is fixed, just needs to be deployed
