Unsubscribing from Poopproject SPAM not possible

It seems not possible to unsubscribe from the useless spam Codeproject is sending out to my mail box over and over.
The name is Codeproject but you aren't able to handle a simple unsubscribe workflow. More than unchecking all checkboxes isn't possible. Change it to poopproject and it fits!
