Can we have a way to delete messages from the homepage?

At the moment, there is a Taiwanese sex worker in first place on the homepage:
The message has been spam killed, but it remains top of the homepage list and refresh doesn't get rid of it, nor does posting messages to the Lounge to try and push it off the bottom. I'm sure it will go in time, but it is inappropriate and may trigger net nazis.
