(Assuming anyone is still maintaining the CodeProject code-base...) We recently seem to be getting a lot of spam posted in QA comments. It seems like this goes straight through, without passing through the spam filter or moderation queue. I'm not sure whether this is something that has stopped working, or if the comments were never added to that process. But either way, they should be subject to the same rules as any other post - if it's a new or low-rep member, run it through the filter, and route any suspected spam comments to the moderation queue.
