It's not immediately obvious for new users that "select a category" is a button with a dropdown selector - it appears readonly / disabled.
Same with Tags is an input box - it appears readonly / disabled. Common tags in a dropdown/popup selector is missing. No selector will cause tagging fragmentation - asp, Asp, ASP, ASP.NET, Asp.Net, etc ... or is there a normalization process in the background being used?
