"Callout" Blocks are not Rendered Properly

Old CodeProject markup included <div class="callout"> blocks which were shown as text boxes with colored background making them easy to notice.

Currently I see no difference between such blocks and ordinary text.

Here is an example of article extensively using this markup element and its archived copy with old look.
