Need Help on Drag and Drop/Beginner

I'am new to VB and doing a little dibbling. When I create a form and want to have a label/text or a picture capable of draging and droping on any part of my form? I am using a picture on the form and want to be able to move lables/text or other picture boxes from one location to another on the picture. Barry
