Currently, Windows icons consist of various bitmaps with different sizes. Are there any reasons why Microsoft wouldn't implement vector icons, apart from not being backward compatible. Looking forward to any response, Daniël Pelsmaeker Albert Einstein and Marilyn Monroe were seated together at a table.
"Hey Albert," said Marilyn. "Imagine if we had a baby and it had my looks and your brains-it could do anything it wanted."
"Yes, my dear," replied Einstein. "But what if it has my looks and your brains?"

What if it would be possible to include multiple formats in one file, just like the current icons. The formats would describe vector icons instead of pixel icons. It would make the icons in small formats a lot nicer! Albert Einstein and Marilyn Monroe were seated together at a table.
"Hey Albert," said Marilyn. "Imagine if we had a baby and it had my looks and your brains-it could do anything it wanted."
"Yes, my dear," replied Einstein. "But what if it has my looks and your brains?"
