Hmmm...it was meant to be my last post in the Soapbox, because I don't see any sense in discussion about religion. ;) Of course it's not my last post to codeproject in general! :-D

Hey, I didn't mean to attack religion or the people posting about such topics, or anyting about how much the Soapbox is known for such debates, I just didn't expect to see so many thread on such a thing.

Hey, I didn't mean to say anything against chemical or botanical drugs! :) If you think you need drugs, it's your own free decision. But religious drugs are a little different, because most people are forced to take them...

I agree, I was started to get aroused by such a suggestion that God might be female. I mean, why not, who wouldn't want to have such an experience with a powerful being.

The next two pages are posts with subjects on God and/or Religion? I know it's Christmas time and all that, but does the Soapbox really need this?

Just don't read it. Don't even enter the Soapbox on a christian holiday. I'll go away right now, this is my only post for the rest of the year. BTW: Religion is a very dangerous thing. It promises peace and paradise, but as you can see here, all you get is the opposite. It's the same with all other drugs.

Actually the past 3/4 threads is pretty light compaired to last year during the month of December.. I think it was about somewhere between 7-12 threads on religion, it got into some interesting debates. Odd that it doesn't happen anyother time of the year. -Steven Hicks

Yeah, it's pretty much a waste of time. You're never going to convice the devout. And for the nondevout, you're preaching to the choir. But we still get sucked in like moths to the flame. At any given instant there are considerably more assholes than mouths in the universe.

It probably isn't just a coincidence that politics & religion are subjects that tend to be very contentious. You did know that......... right? And if so, is it any surprise that such subjects show up so frequently? Do you believe that you have a magic number for what the acceptable frequency is for such duscussions? Just curious! have a happy new year!!!!!!!!!! BTW - God Sucks, USA rules. If God didn't suck, the world wouldn't be so sucky If the USA didn't rule, the world would suck even harder.

I was just wondering why there were so many of them continuously.
