how to get the process list in solaris!!!!

hi , i want to get the process list for solaris machine, pls don't say ps -options .I need it through a c program.Actually there is one header file called sys/proc.h, where there are function but i couldn't get a single help for the inbuilt functions.pls help me out ... The functions are pid_assign() , cpu_decay(),cpu_grow(). Could any one help me out in this regard :(( with cheers ayaps

Read the /proc filesystem, there's an entry for each PID in the system. See man 4 proc for details.
