Hi, The idea of having a simple place to have specialized job offers it's quite good. The bad thing... comes when shitty people places wrong offers or just offers to get e-mail addresses for SPAM issues like: http://www.codeproject.com/script/jobs/article.asp?id=276#xx770117xx Utopia Imminent Solutions Maybe a way to avoid this is to force the offer to have a valid homepage address ( every IT company has its own web page :-) ). Another issue, it's people that inserts there "I'm an student, I can telework, part time all techologies" :-), maybe codeproject should have a section for real freelancers, ... but in a way that shows the real experiencie of that guys ( which projects did you make, for which companies, gimme your personal web site address so I can check out more info about you...). What do you think about that ?

http://www.codeproject.com/script/jobs/jobs.asp[^] He who controls others may be powerful,
But he who has mastered himself is mightier still.
