Designations on a given reputation type depend on the number of points earned for that type, not on total points. Once you have 10,000 author points then you'll level up. cheers Chris Maunder

No I'm sure that I have added the URLs properly. If that is the case, during preview I should not have got the images right. The images are shown properly during preview whereas after submit it is missing.
