FYI,I am a parsi(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoroastrianism) because i was favoring veil,I am being called a muslim?i don`t know who`s that guy,i got so many emails that I was some Adnan,I assume that guy is not stupid enough to change his nick only but not the location?I think i am not welcomed here,I am mainly a java programmer and visit codeproject because i like articles,this forum was intresting therefore i joined in and made few posts.I`m sorry if anybody got disturbed.

many muslim states are modern and dont reflect extreemism anyway,infact noone. regarding alqeda etc,they are like any other groups ,you may easily find such groups in every country or religion and such groups are not appreciated by majority.

yes its true,there are severel illetrate mullahs in muslim society,here illetrate means who don`t have basic idea of a religioin`s teaching and they like to interpretate things literally rather going into depth. And this is not among muslim society only,history has told us about orthodox Christian preiests who had rejected Galileo`s theory long time back,because according to them,it was against their bible as they were used to follow Copernicus's theory.

first of all,i am not so desprate to see other chicks without veil,that is nishan`ts dream to see them like that,ignoring the fact that his family belongs to India where things are opposite to west.

do you think women who takes veils or women in east have no freedom,that just shows your lack of knowledge about other part of world. here in UAE,women works from both muslim and non-muslim countries,few take viel(including non-muslims) while others wear jeans(including chubby girls from Pakistan and India) and both kinds of women hangout freely with peers,i know this because they are my colleagues.Offcourse i have no doubt that your family women wouldn`t be pious,but you can`t say same for other people on road,can you?how would you feel if someone pass remarks about figure of your wife or young daugther?A normal man wouldn`t like that..atleast in eastern society,maybe western ppl feels proud of it,so its all about culture not a religion.I bet Nishant`s mother used to wear sarees,a traditional outfit of sub-continent rather skirts and tops and i`m also sure that she dosnt feel uncomfortable anyway. so my friend,vieling doesn`t bring discomfort in life,nor exposing body give pleasure of freedom.

yes,my wife works in a bank,covers herself properly,she drives car,she is a good swimmer as well,and she`s not stared by strangers on roads as she keeps herself covered,i didnt ask her to cover herself,it was her choice and i respect her decision.

I wonder whether your wife used to wear small skirts and blouse in Kerala and your mom used to get pleased after seeing her exposed body. i wonder whether you get pleased when others stare her body when she goes out in minimum outfit on roads od toronto.
