please help me on how to create optional text boxes. For example, i have a fault logger database in MS access and everyday i have different number of faults. The format is like this: Fault1: Pallet Overhang Fault2: Manual operation Fault3: Film Break if i will put too many text boxes for faults, it will consume spaces. I try to use combox box but it will end up the same as my problem in text boxes. How will i do optional text or combo box if i will input more than 3 faults? tnx. Allan Ray
