At the risk of sounding stupid, how about a mobile application for people that work in Kiosks? I work in Center City Philadelphia and there are hundreds of small pushcarts and food stands that have no systems in place due to their lack of space. Maybe an inventory/point of sales system that allows them to track sales? Maybe even accept credit cards? It would likely need a mobile client and a decent SOA - based server. Just a thought :-)

I want to start/join an online free help site for average computer users where the techs can share in the web profits. Is there anything like that out there? I see lots of websites where techs can post articles and code samples pro-bono, but these sites never share their advertising dollars (let alone money from products and services sold). Is there anything like that out there? There is so much $$ to be made helping regular people with computer problems, but the only free sites I see force users to dig through hundreds of articles. Isn't there a better way to make everyone happy?
