When I lived in Greece Friday afternoon was the unproductive/hookey day, especially when the boss was leaving late. Working in Israel for four years there is no such thing as Friday Afternoon. There is such thing as Thursday Afternoon and yes it is unproductive and by 17:00 there are no QA guys to talk to. See in Israel the weekend is on Friday and Saturday and on Sunday back to work.... confusing?? Also from Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon everything is closed (including public transportation!) so Friday morning is a shopping race for whatever you need... still confused?? Think you can go shopping on Thursday evening??? Join the traffic jam and long lines on 711s and super markets... And all that in a perfectly traditional unorganized Israeli way. I envy you guys..
