Deleting the .NCB file usually fixes it for me. The other files have nothing to do with IntelliSense. .APS = resource browser data, .OPT = debugging settings, .CLW = ClassWizard data.

Hi, I contacted Norm Almond for the code, and updated it a bit, I never experienmced the probelms he is describing, so with his permission it has now been submitted to the CodeProject archives. The topic is currently in UserItems, but should appear in the "Dialog and Windows Programming" section, titled "Win 2k style File Dialogs for Win 95/98/NT/Me". It is an attempt to copy the Office 2000 style dialogs, and I have tested it pretty thouroughly and found no major problems. The sample project has also been updated.

Do you mean you want to test or speed up the process launch and you find your process is already cached in the windows cache? FlushInstructionCache -> Process instruction cache is flushed (but not the data) FlushFileBuffers -> Call this for every open file handle and all writes are performed. I've managed to work it out. I'm using VisualInterdev, and when you create a blank ASP it puts a meta tag in with charset=unicode. This seems to stop pound signs from being displayed. Is there a way to display the pound sign in unicode? ================== The original message was: I'm using ASPs with a SQL Server. The server is setup with English(UK) setting so the currency symbol is £(as in Pounds Sterling). If I go to practically any UK online shop the pound symbol is displayed fine, but not in any of my ASPs. Aaaagggghhh!!
