Deprecated: CArray is what MS had to come up with when the STL was not working, but they needed the functionality for MFC. Since the time the standard was released, there is no need to use these old nostandard CArray.

Or, design your service in a way, when you can compile two versions of it - one service version and one application version. Thats the way i did it till now. But i use COM Interfaces and have to test all of Addref and Release stuff. Whats happend when DebugBreak() is executed ? I can't get much information from the help. The Service should be running again after the interruption. Marco

have you tried zLib by itself (without the crypto++ wrapper) ? it's only 20 files or so, compiles to a very small static lib, is very easy to use, is totally free, etc.. i use it in a bunch of places. -c Being just contaminates the void.   --Robyn Hitchcock Image Processing - easy, like Sunday morning.

Pick your choice: use icon or don't. If you do, it is in the first columne (because so has Microsoft said, and since they are allmighty and never publishes any source code that never has any bugs, you are basically f_cked). Perhaps some of the extended listboxes here at CP (in combination with a listcontrol) could do the trick?
