I heard that GUI updation is not preferred in Worker Thread. Does any one tell me the reason with the help of a msdn article. :((

Whether a .lib build on VS 2008 be resuable on VC6.0I have to build a OCX in VC6.0, but we have ported it to VS 2008. But its dependent libs are already build on VS2008, so whether it is possible to build the OCX on VC6.0
