How to capture the currently playing song using visual c++?

cud someone teach me about building a application for both mac and windows?

a shiny background, sweet blue color, and yet same fuctionality as of the normal title bar.

does anyone know how to modyfy the title bar? like one in yahoo messenger. please note that i do not want self made title bars(using bitmaps).

i wish to have transluscent buttoms in my dialog app. i found a class which is giving so many errors. could someone help with a tutorial, or a working code. Preferably no class.

i have a titlebar less dialog application. i wouldlike to add system menu to my icon. any ideas?

this is the code i am using CWnd pParent; pParent.ShowWindow(SW_HIDE); i have designed a custom title bar and placed a bitmap as a minimize icon. but when clicked nothing will happen.
