  • Weekly Reports
    T Tim DuBois

I'm having massive difficulty trying to print weekly reports in the following way: I have a report generated for a month, May for aregument sake. I want the data in the report broken up into 4/5 weeks, not simply flowing though the month. In other words: Week 1: data data data Week 2: data data data Week 3: data data data Week 4: data data data Each set of data has a full DateTime variable with it. I've managed to get a week number from each date - but they're in relation to the year, not the month. Any ideas?

  • How to print any type of file to printer
    T Tim DuBois

I wouldn't mind doing something similar, but only for word and publisher files. Can you tell us how to use the shell to talk to these programs? Or would that be program independant?

  • ProgressBar on long processes
    T Tim DuBois

I'm not too sure how to say what I would like consisely but here goes: If my program is doing a somewhat cpu intensive process, I would like a threaded progressbar to come up, and give an intication of how long the process will take, then once finished hide itself again and the program continues. I can make the progressbar already, as well as thread it. All I want to know is how to invoke it. ie how to find out if the process I'm running warrants the bar or not. Any ideas?
