If the other response doesn't answer your question you will need to add more information to indicate what you mean by "located". Or more information to indicate why you think you needed to ask the question in the first place.

If the Windows 10 button is grayed out, it could indicate various issues. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try: Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary glitches. Check for Windows Updates: Ensure your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates. Sometimes, pending updates can cause issues. Check for Disabled Services: If certain services are disabled, it might affect the functionality of the Start button. You can check this by opening the "Services" application and ensuring that essential services are running. Run System File Checker (SFC) Scan: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command "sfc /scannow" to scan and repair any corrupted system files. Run Windows Troubleshooters: Windows has built-in troubleshooters that can help identify and fix various issues, including problems with the Start button. Check for Malware: Sometimes, malware can cause system issues. Run a thorough antivirus scan to ensure your system is clean. Create a New User Account: If the issue is specific to your user account, creating a new user account might resolve the problem. Perform a System Restore: If the issue recently appeared, you can use System Restore to revert your system to a previous working state. Use PowerShell to Re-register the Start Menu: Open PowerShell as an administrator and run the command "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($\_.InstallLocation)\\AppXManifest.xml"}". This re-registers the built-in Windows apps and might help resolve the issue. Perform a Windows 10 Repair: If none of the above steps work, you might consider performing a Windows 10 repair or reset. Make sure to back up your data before attempting this. Remember that making changes to your system carries some risk, so it's a good idea to research or consult with a professional if you're unsure about any step. OK I see. I was assuming the cause was something other than what it really is. Thanks! The difficult we do right away... ...the impossible takes slightly longer.

I have to admit it took a little forensic searching; the first link went to a street food venue in Manchester.

pcconfig does not rule extant states neither do 2nd rules of solid estates demand cisco in power, or negative rules of modular, in dubious matrices such as cobol, and or posthomous .net, .asset in os.

In Windows Task Manager you might want to look at: PID CPU Mem Usage Handles USER Objects I/O Reads I/O Read Bytes Keep the Task Manager open and watch to see if a process is doing this. If not then you might be right. Thank you for asking.

As a heavy RDP user...don't. Let me repeat that: DON'T. The browser may only download the video file once and never need to fetch it again, but the RDP protocol is only seeing an always-changing area of the screen that constantly has to be sent back to the remote system, with no end in sight. I've witnessed this first-hand, and can make an RDP connection become absolutely unusable. And it provides no value other than to "make things look pretty" to marketing weasels. I'm not kidding, this sort of thing makes my blood boil. I cannot emphasize this enough. DON'T.
