Happy 2006 to one and all - of all the years that have ever been, this is certainly going to be the most "current" ;-) So: * What are your resolutions for the year ahead? * What did you learn (or otherwise gain) in 2005? * What do you want to learn in 2006? My new year has started with a bloody great lump on my forehead as a result of drinking a large amount of Guinness in a pub built for people about a foot shorter than I am  I hope 2006 doesn't continue that way

Happy new year - I resolve to drink too much, and bother as many young programmers with tales of daring adventures with FORTRAN and C in a Unix environment as possible.

Happy New Year! (Why oh why do I have to drink sparkling wine?)

We say "get a life" to each other, disappointed or jokingly. What we forget, though, is that this is possibly the most destructive advice you can give to a geek.

Hmmm, let me think for an instant... - I prefer to have wishes instead of resolutions, so... I wish my studies completed soon and also I'd like to make a little more money than now. - I learned: more .NET; that people sometimes need a break (don't ask); that Goretex keeps you warmer than leather* (don't ask, again). - I'd like to learn to unserstand women... * This winter I bought a Goretex (or so) jacket to replace my old leather jacket. This was a good choice, because this winter is being particularly cold (especially the last night!). ___________________________________ Tozzi is right: Gaia is getting rid of us. My Blog [ITA]
