Depends on your perspective, of course, but, yes, shower head regulation is not generally considered part of the right wing agenda. regulated shower heads have been the law for years here. Not only shower heads but shitters as well. New shower heads have regulaters that dramatically reduce the water flow. The same with toilets, new ones significantly reduce the water flow for flushing. Of course that means you flush 3 times instead of once. The shower head rules are bypassed by anyone with a mind. Our right wing government just decided to punish bikers who 'unleash' their bikes. 'Unleashed' bikes are accepted by european regulations but not by french ones. Now, somebody doing that could get a fine of 30,000€ and be jailed for 2 years. Now tell me, do you really believe right wingers better respect individual freedom?

The Napoleonic Code was based on both earlier French laws and Roman law, and followed Justinian's Corpus Juris Civilis in dividing civil law into: 1. personal status; 2. property; 3. acquisition of property. My parents in law's shower is so powerfull it is painfull. I've never actually managed to be in the direct line of fire for more than a few seconds. Point it at a certain place and their chances of having more grand children would be drastically reduced.
