No. None of us know where to get Microsoft Bob, Univac OS, Incompatible Time Sharing System, etc. Nor can we provide you with answers to such broad questions as "How can I write an OS?" You might try looking for the Univac OS on Google. If it can be found on the net, Google will usually know where.

Don't even go there. Bob was an anomoly, even for Microsoft. Of all the bad operating systems they've created, Bob was the worst. Well, WinMe comes close, but at least it had the System Restore function, which had to be executed every two weeks to keep it running. But it worked... and it grew into a real, viable product in WinXP. I think that self-repairing operating systems will become the rule in the near future. Microsoft could get this right if they tried, but I suspect that they will screw this challenge up as badly as they have all previous opportunities. Time will tell...
