Problem in opening ASP.net project developed from any other PC

Hi all, I am having problem in opening any asp.net project, which has been developed on any other PC. I took a project from my friend developed on his PC and it is not opening on my PC. I have made a virtual directry in IIS 5.0 and changed authentication mode="Forms" authentication TO authentication mode="None" (NOTE: <> tag has been removed here, as it was not displaying in the message..) but it didn't work... I am using: Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:1.0.3705.0; ASP.NET Version:1.0.3705.0 and don't know on which version it has been developed... Please help.......
