A programming question

I understand that this is the correct forum in which to ask programming questions. Please could someone think-up/invent, design and then build and patent for me the next killer app for my school/college work so that I don't have to bother to learn anything and can retire before I've even started my hum-drum working life, thereby by-passing all of those tedious years having to try and learn anything at all. Thank you in advance for your help which I know that you'll happily give me cos you don't actually have a life and I'm a lazy, worthless git.
