Slipstream XP SP2 Question...
-
If any of you have successfully slipstreamed XP SP2 into a new bootable CD which CD/Writer/Software package did you use? Nero Express isn't working for me. Did any of you use a free one? If I have to buy one that's fine to. - Rex

Nero 5.5 which came with my AOpen DVD burner. The instructions at SuperSite need a little adjustment for the older version but it's pretty easy to work out. Stability. What an interesting concept. -- Chris Maunder

Give AutoStreamer[^] a go, it wnats the XP CD in the drive, the SP2 files on your HDD and it then creates an ISO for you to burn with whatever burning software you have. Michael Martin Australia "I controlled my laughter and simple said "No,I am very busy,so I can't write any code for you". The moment they heard this all the smiling face turned into a sad looking face and one of them farted. So I had to leave the place as soon as possible." - Mr.Prakash 24/04/2004

Here is one of the best guides for Slipstreaming WinXP SP2: http://unattended.msfn.org/unattended.xp/ As for burning, I've had perfect success with Nero 6.x and ImgBurn.
