Enjoy your new pad! I was meant to be going for a curry tonight, but my mate has cried off 'cos he has a bad cold (though I think a nice hot curry would set him straight). Tomorrow night I am hopefully out with friends for a much-needed beer or four. My daughter is 2 next weekend, so we'll be out doing some toy shopping tomorrow. he he.

What will they think of next. Keys to a house toady :) Is that a robotic creep that flatters you whenever you need it? Happy New Home. Usual weekend for me - kids to Squash and Golf lessons Saturday Sunday kids and missis to swimming, football and gym respectively - then badminton in the afternoon with the kids. Me just racking up the miles in Dad's taxi :) I still remember having to write your own code in FORTRAN rather than be a cut and paste merchant being pampered by colour coded Intellisense - ahh proper programming - those were the days :)

Great to hear that! I will start building a new kitchen and a bathroom in my old house. Maybe I rent out half my house. Anybody interested in renting? jhaga --------------------------------- Every generation laughs at the old fashions, but follows religiously the new. Henry David Thoreau, "Walden", 1854

You're getting a toad for your house? ;P Sorry, couldn't resist that - enjoy. Moi? I'm on production support this weekend, which means I have to stay at home for 48 hours and pray that something doesn't go wrong in the production boxes halfway round the world. :| I get a laptop to work from home for the weekend, so I might re-design my website. PS: I do have an uncle called Ravi. Cheers, Vikram.

More painting. This time its the bathroom. The flooring is being replaced in early March, so I'm doing this now so that it doesn't matter if I get paint on the floor.

Congratulations. Now, comes the expense of decorating it. But it is worth it once you are finished. My living room, hall and bedroom are finally in the state that I want them to be. Just got a few pictures to put up and they're done. The whole redecorating exercise will be finished by the end of March. Its only cost £2500. • Helping a friend set up an Exchange 2000 server Saturday morning...
                      • Registration for field hockey for this season somewhere around lunch (10am - 2pm to be precise :))
                      • Watching a good friend play a game of softball in the state competition at 4pm.
                      • A friend's 21st birthday party in the evening.
                      • Somewhere in there, I've got to do my food shopping for next week, wash some clothes, and visit my parents. Not sure when... :~

Sunday will be just as busy with Church morning and evening, and I'll need to be there by about 4pm for a meeting as well. Crikey! Didn't think it was soooo busy until I wrote it all down :~
