What are you doing this weekend?

Just to beat Ravi to it... Oh, and gloat over getting the keys to my house today. First time having a place of my own in one and a half years. The tigress is here :-D -- modified at 8:28 Friday 17th February, 2006
Congrats on the toady house! This weekend? Dang, I'm drawing a complete blank. I have no idea! Marc Pensieve

What will they think of next. Keys to a house toady :) Is that a robotic creep that flatters you whenever you need it? Happy New Home. Usual weekend for me - kids to Squash and Golf lessons Saturday Sunday kids and missis to swimming, football and gym respectively - then badminton in the afternoon with the kids. Me just racking up the miles in Dad's taxi :) I still remember having to write your own code in FORTRAN rather than be a cut and paste merchant being pampered by colour coded Intellisense - ahh proper programming - those were the days :)

And I'm the one who posts the Friday thread, not Ravi. :)

You're getting a toad for your house? ;P Sorry, couldn't resist that - enjoy. Moi? I'm on production support this weekend, which means I have to stay at home for 48 hours and pray that something doesn't go wrong in the production boxes halfway round the world. :| I get a laptop to work from home for the weekend, so I might re-design my website. PS: I do have an uncle called Ravi. Cheers, Vikram.

Heh heh you'll have to get in there on a Thursday night Vikram! This weekend, I'll be mostly... um.. Do you know, I have no plans? I'm selling my gypsy wagon on eBay so maybe I'll be tidying up my workshop once its out of the way... if it goes this weekend.... hope so. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5665877938&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1[^] Other than that, nuffink! Relaxing! Yay!

Beth and I are planning to go out for a meal at a very nice Italian restaurant we know tomorrow night. :) That aside it's likely to be a combination of chilling out, maybe watching a movie and testing a new Visual Lint release... That's awesome. Just don't ever buy a wheelbarrow they lead to nothing but trouble. I'm finishing up hauling 4 tons of sandstone to the back yard so I can start on our new patio. Last weekend I busted up an old sidewalk in the back yard to start the project. I never would have thought about it if I didn't have that wheeled contraption.
