I just read this post on Dale's Pale Ale[^] and wondered if anyone here had tried it? I was never much of a beer drinker back home but you can't avoid becoming one here in Ireland. Pilsner Urquell is a good one. It was introduced to SA shortly before I left and was doing well amongst friends. I've never come across that one. The fact that it comes in a can is a very bad start, though... Ah, but the very fact thatthey even supply it in cans suggests the beer is "dead" and carbonated. I prefer live beers - a style that can only practically be delivered in a cask (I've had a 9 gallon firkin of ale in my bedroom before now!) or a bottle.
