I.m a great fan of PsPad http://www.pspad.com it has so many features I still keep finding new ones and it is free. The only problem is that the English translation is not 100% correct, but that is not a real problem.

I'll agree with that. xacc.ide is amazing. And it is nice on the eyes...something which a lot of programmer's editors are not.

lol Well its not that bad I use it to surf, do some MS Word and check some code. I mean just try out some code snippets. I have a better one at office. :-)
