Does anyone know where IE stores the information for the auto complete form elements? I can't find it anywhere! Dylan Kenneally London,UK

It's encoded somewhere in the registry. Do you just want to clear these search strings containing 'porn' and 'sex'? :-D :-D Tomasz Sowinski -- http://www.shooltz.com

No need for that. Internet options->Content->AutoComplete gives you the opportunity to clear this data. Tomasz Sowinski -- http://www.shooltz.com

Go to the PC Magazine web site. They have a free utilitiy (with source code) that shows all of the items in the autocomplete database. You can check out the source code and see where everything is stored. Brigg Thorp Software Engineer Timex Corporation

But you have to sign up for their auto-spam-o-gram service to get it. :( And they must be operating with Super Advanced Computers - the date on the page is a full 12 days ahead of my timex!
