I went to Bahrain when i was in the navy. It was funny the ship always gives currency exchange rates before we went ashore and they got it backwards!!! So we all thought our money was worth twice there's. So needless to say i spent a hell of a lot more money then i planed on thinking everything was cheaper :((

Vacation, work, tell us more?! I'd love to see this area ofthe world, but with the current world political situation, it just doesn't seem worth it right now. ¡El diablo está en mis pantalones! ¡Mire, mire! Real Mentats use only 100% pure, unfooled around with Sapho Juice(tm)! SELECT * FROM User WHERE Clue > 0 0 rows returned Save an Orange - Use the VCF!

Surprise pick of the year. Nick Heidfeld driving for Sauber BMW. I think this guy and this car are going to be making a lot of people scratch their heads this year. :) Including his teammate. ;) The new V8's are going to help flatten the playing field so to speak. But McLaren still have a big edge, cause their car always seems to have better mechanical grip than anybody else's. Chris Meech I am Canadian. [heard in a local bar] When I want privacy, I'll close the bathroom door. [Stan Shannon] BAD DAY FOR: Friendly competition, as Ford Motor Co. declared the employee parking lot at its truck plant in Dearborn, Mich., off limits to vehicles built by rival companies. Workers have to drive a Ford to work, or park across the street. [CNNMoney.com] Nice sig! [Tim Deveaux on Matt Newman's sig with a quote from me]

"Quick Nick" eh? That's a bold prediction. My money if I had any would be on the "Iceman" and Mclaren. I haven't heard the new v8's yet but I imagine the engine notes are going to be much higher than before going past high pitch scream into buzzing territory. The first race of the season always seems to have a surprising result though so maybe it's be Super Aguri with some points.

Not much, actually. I prefer the old V10's :sigh: ___________________________________ Tozzi is right: Gaia is getting rid of us. My Blog [ITA]

Damn, you are good. I was hoping nobody would figure that out, how embarassing for me... (Actually it is for Mix06[^] but the date above is for when I arrive.) regards, Paul Watson Ireland Feed Henry! K(arl) wrote: oh, and BTW, CHRISTIAN ISN'T A PARADOX, HE IS A TASMANIAN!

If they can make the V8 and gearbox and chassis live up to his potential you mean? :)
A good driver knows how to finish races and still win (e.g. Schumi (back then) or Alonso (now).) ;) regards, Paul Watson Ireland Feed Henry! K(arl) wrote: oh, and BTW, CHRISTIAN ISN'T A PARADOX, HE IS A TASMANIAN!

Yeah I guess if your definition of good is "boring", no one's every going to shackle the Iceman into that dead eyed corporate lackey harness. :)
The guy is the most boring person off the track. On the track he makes for some good spills, but that isn't racing. :P Seriously though, he is a very good driver. He just needs to, well, finish. As a fan of his you can't demand he drives his car into the ground AND be given some special treatment so that he wins. He can, and must, push his team, but within limits. And he needs to smile a bit. Someone take that icicle out of his arse please. What happened to the interesting characters of F1? regards, Paul Watson Ireland Feed Henry!
