The ultimate meaning of life does not change regardless of the profession or hobby: worship the Creator of all that is. For coders, do the best job you can do with what is available to you. Simple enough to say; takes a lifetime to live.

Life has no meaning apart from that which you find in it. The meaning of my coding life, is to build software that makes other people's jobs easier. As long as I do that, then I'm a happy coder.
