OK, it's my turn to start a thread that gathers insignificant data about Lounge dwellers. I was wondering what the difference in height is between Lounge dwellers and their partners.

        Me - 188 cm 6' 2"
        Wife - 152 cm 5' 0"
        Diff - 36 cm 1' 2"

Because it's true! I spent my entire youth being the shortest guy around, and the ladies have always pursued the big guys. And they almost always were treated very badly by my standards. But they never got one bit smarter... In reality, I'd actually suggest going where you're loved and appreciated, regardless of height or any other irrelevant factor. It must be nice to have a choice - I've never experienced that.

It's not 'our' coast. This doesn't suprise me, all the shots I have seen of SA have been lovely. I would love to visit there someday. I don't know if I could live there or not, I have discovered that I not only like big cities but that I also like dense cities. I am living in a VERY big city right now, but I am about to move because it is so sprawling that it gets on my nerves. Phoenix has 7 or so million people, but the density is very low because it is not constrained geopolitically. It is cheaper to build sideways than up and we have a ways to go before that changes. I am moving back to Seattle for now, the weather isn't as good but I prefer the city. Victor Vogelpoel wrote: Netherlands is full", indicating the many fugitives that want citizenship here Yeah, I had heard that this was the case. It is too bad, because I would love to live and work abroad and out of all the cities I have looked at Amsterdam would be my first choice. Eveything I have seen and been told says that Amsterdam is dense, cultured, and beautiful. I have known some natives, and they have always been "my kind of people" as the saying goes - not taking things too seriously and doing their best to enjoy life and yet still acomplishing things that have to be admired. Ah well, we shall see. I am not in a position to move overseas right this instant anyways. Political climates ebb and flow, I will wait and see what it is like when I am able to actually go there. Victor Vogelpoel wrote: I knew you would like Mirella. Indeed, one would have to be dead not to appreciate a lady as beautiful as that. :) Convey my complements and thanks.
