The temp was about 56 (F) yesterday, in the 60's today! So I took the bike out of the shed and did 12 miles yesterday, 10 today! Woohoo! It sure feels great getting some exercise. Going to the gym just isn't the same as huffing and puffing up hills and going "weeeeee" down them. And the scenery. OMG. New York State has some gorgeous countryside. I can't wait to get out of work and go running. It's 68°F down here. Upstate NY does have some beautiful scenery. I miss that most from living in CT. The weather is better in the southeast, but landscape doesn't quite match NE and NY. BW

Yes it is cold here. I'm in New York State for business from Australia, very cold. Though a good bike ride would warm me up. Where in New York State are you? The countryside looks nice, but with no car/bike/anything there is not much to do. Luke

I had a nice run over the lunch hour today. Well, okay, it was the lunch hour-and-20-minutes, since I ran for an hour (6-1/4 miles). 55°F and partly cloudy. Very, very .
